What if your feedback form could ask questions back to your users when they suggest a new feature?
This is what signos does, a feedback form that transforms into a small user interview ONLY IF the user suggests a new feature.
Why
When I was at ParnterPage it was hard to get back to people that suggested features on our board, I always wondered what would happen if you got the answers from them right when they share the idea.
How.
When a user submits feedback, I use AI to automatically label it (bug, general feedback, feature idea) If its not a bug, the user has the option to opt in to a quick interview. During the interview, there every message is sent to the interview agent and the review agent. If the review agent concludes that we have enough data, we close the interview and notify the user. Once this process is done, the insights from the interview are generated to sum up things like job to be done, core problems and more.

GTM strategy.
Nothing fancy honestly, been reaching out to folks i think could find this benefitial. Couple users on early testing rn but not much action happening with interviews so hard to say what is the stuff to improve at the moment.
What’s next.
- Add feedback intake and AI processing via email.
- Create shareable invterview links that have a specific set of requirements to be gathered from users with automatic gift card reward on completion.
